CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging.
  • Jasmine Harper will not accept returns of any items that have been worn or have had their security tags removed. This is for hygienic reasons.
  • Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries).
  • Shipping costs are not refunded unless items as faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Jasmine Harper Jewellery. Please post your faulty item back to us or simply email customercare@jasmineharper.co.uk and we will be able to provide instructions for the return. This is applicable to UK and overseas. Upon receipt of your faulty item, we will either repair or replace and dispatch as soon as possible. Please note for repairs this may extend the lead time on your returns.

 

RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS

Jasmine Harper customers overseas can still return their items within 14 days on receipt of product. To return items from overseas, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL and UPS to return your items to us. Jasmine Harper cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us so it is advisable that you use a trackable service. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU.

 

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items as faulty.
